Return Policy and Order Issues
Will you accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, etc?
In our ongoing effort to keep our prices as low as possible on these custom orders, please understand that once you submit an order RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED! Each product is considered CUSTOM MADE FOR EACH SPECIFIC ORDER and manufactured as a custom product immediately after the order is received. Once an order is placed we cannot quickly change or cancel the order. All orders go straight into production, so cancellation requests will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials.
We strongly encourage you to be sure of the item you need BEFORE ordering! This includes proper selection of options, vinyl color, model year fitment, etc. If a mistake is made on your part when you order, contact us immediately or else the order will be shipped and cannot be returned. Any item sent back to us without first contacting us will be refused.
Again, please be sure of the item you need before ordering! We will be happy to answer any question, comment, or concern you have!
There was a problem with my item once I received it.
If there is a defect in your item or we have made a mistake in the order, please email us a detailed description along with a few digital pictures of the issue, and we will contact the manufacturer about the issue. If it is found to be a manufacturers or shipping error, we may have the part replaced. However a return will not be accepted.
